Licence pack list

Papers for the yard.

These are the papers needed at the yard. Print the list, pin it up, or keep it on your phone. Pair it with Axles and Trailers.

For a yard notice board, keep the licence pack list in A4 PDF so the driver, loader and gate clerk can check the same set of papers before departure. The pack should cover the trailer licence disc details, vehicle registration papers, the operator's particulars and any route permits needed for the load. If you want the printable version, use our contact form and ask for the PDF for site use.

Papers checked at dispatch

At the gate in Sunnyrock, Germiston, the licence pack list helps staff tick off papers before a trailer leaves for customer delivery or workshop collection. Keep a copy on a phone and another in the tow vehicle, especially when loads move between industrial yards and public roads. For the printable file, open our contact form and request the PDF version.
